Position Overview:
 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced All-round Site Manager, with Structure, Finishes & Fascade experience to oversee the construction of high-value apartment projects, valued up to $150 million. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, maintaining their reputation for excellence.
 
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the construction process for apartment projects, from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
• Oversee site operations, including manpower allocation, equipment utilisation, and material procurement.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability among site personnel.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on residential apartment projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects, preferably in the Melbourne area.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Sound understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• A commitment to quality, integrity, and continuous improvement.
