Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Development Manager with a fast track to Development Manager or a Development Manager with the experience to join an exceptional team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and drive the execution of a $300 million mixed-use development project. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the General Manager, Development, and the internal project team to design and deliver the existing pipeline of projects on program and budget.
- Support the in-house Sales, Marketing, Construction, and Asset Management teams, and manage the external consultant team, agents, and stakeholders across residential and commercial projects, with increasing autonomy within a supportive team environment.
- Prepare and update project feasibilities and development programs for existing projects and new acquisitions across residential, commercial office, retail, and mixed-use sectors.
- Manage project and construction budgets, programs, and scopes.
- Oversee day-to-day management of multiple project tasks and general project administration.

- Ideally, experience as an Assistant Development Manager with at least 2-5 years in residential mid-rise apartment and townhouse development, seeking progression to a Development Manager role. Candidates with valuation, asset management, or project management experience will also be considered.
